The esignatur application enables your company to digitally create, send, and receive all types of documents, including annual reports, for signing by customers, partners, and employees.

In addition to creating an order for signature, one can further set up reminders, specify the order of signatories, collect additional information, etc. Once all parties have appended a signature, the signer and all involved parties automatically receive a notification via email.

How it works:

1. Upload your document

Log in to the  Online portal or desktop application, and upload your document.

2. Add signing parties

Fill in contact details for the ones that should receive and sign the document.

3. Send for signing

The document will be sent to the signing parties and you will be notified when the signed document is securely stored in your archive.

  • Secure Email

    Secure Email is developed to meet the changes introduced in the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), while also enabling the distribution of encrypted files in all forms.

    When using Secure Email, it is done through a secure program from esignatur, ensuring that your company is always on the safe side when exchanging sensitive and confidential information.

    esignatur’s encrypted transmission also allows you to lock the transmission with either an eID or SMS code, so only the intended recipient has access to open the file.

  • Mass Dispatch

    The Mass Dispatch feature covers all needs requiring a large distribution of documents. As a company, you have the option to obtain anything from updated consent from customers to sending an employment contract supplement to employees.

    Companies subject to anti-money laundering laws can advantageously use Mass Dispatch in combination with our CPR Check function, for identity verification or simply for ongoing updates of customer data.
