Trial License Agreement
1 Introduction
This Trial License Agreement (“Agreement”) for the use of Scrive Services regulates the terms and conditions between the Scrive Entity esignatur DK ApS, CVR-no. 41 20 15 76, organisation no. 556816-6804 (hereinafter referred to as “Scrive”) and the customer (“Licensee”), with details as specified in the web-form filled out by the Licensee in connection with accepting to enter into this Agreement.
2 Order for Trial License
Subject to the terms of the Agreement, Licensee hereby orders from Scrive a trial license (“License”) for access and use of esignatur by Scrive service free of charge for a period (the “Trial Period”) of 14 days as from the date of Licensee’s acceptance of the Agreement. Scrive hereby accepts and confirms this order and grants Licensee the Licence.
3 Agreement Documents
3.1. The Agreement consists of the following Agreement Documents:

Scrive reserves the right to change the contents of the documents integrated into the Agreement by reference at any time without prior notice to Licensee. In the event of any inconsistency between the Agreement Documents, precedence shall be given to the documents in the order in which they are mentioned above.
4 Particular Conditions
The Parties agree to amend the conditions of the Agreement with the following particular conditions which shall supersede the content of the affected Agreement Document with respect only to the changed/additional provisions set forth here below. As to the rest, the Agreement shall remain unaffected.
4.1. Changes to the GTC
The following shall replace the corresponding paragraphs and sub-paragraphs in the GTC:
§ 22. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with and be governed by the substantive laws of Denmark without regard to its choice or conflict of law principles.
§ 23.2. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the Rules of Simplified Arbitration of the Danish Institute of Arbitration. The seat of
arbitration shall be Copenhagen and the language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English. All awards may, if necessary, be enforced by any court having jurisdiction in the same manner as a judgement in such court.

4.2. Data retention
Licensee accepts and acknowledges that Scrive will, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the DPA, delete all of Licensee’s data within the esignatur by Scrive service within thirty (30) days from the date when the Trial Period ends, unless otherwise agreed with Licensee prior to the expiry of said 30-days period and in connection with Licensee’s entering into a Scrive License Agreement for the continued use of the esignatur by Scrive service.
5 Binding Agreement
This Agreement has been provided by Scrive to Licensee as an offer on the web-page https://www.esignatur.dk/en/free-trial (follow link to view) and it has been accepted by Licensee through the means provided on said web-page – i.e. by checking the check-box stating “Jeg accepterer betingelserne” and clicking “Send” – thus creating a valid and binding contract between the Par
